Ruqyah & Healing of the Soul - Spiritual Solution
Integrating Spiritual Healing with Psychological Understanding
In today’s complex world, many emotional and psychological struggles are deeply connected to spiritual imbalance or unseen forces. At our center, we offer a holistic approach rooted in Islamic tradition and supported by global health perspectives. Ruqyah and Healing of the Soul is a powerful, spiritually guided process that addresses the deeper causes of suffering—beyond the scope of ordinary psychology or medicine.

Recognized by Global Health Models
The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes spiritual well-being as one of the four essential dimensions of health, alongside physical, mental, and social well-being. Ruqyah, when practiced ethically, becomes part of this holistic health model, offering comfort and recovery through spiritual connection.

Supported by Mental Health Authorities
The Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) emphasizes the importance of spirituality in psychiatric care. Many individuals find healing and inner strength through their faith. Guided, respectful spiritual practices such as Ruqyah can complement psychological treatment and provide emotional balance, hope, and peace—especially in trauma, depression, and existential distress.

Acknowledged by Diagnostic Manuals
Modern psychology has recognized cultural and spiritual phenomena such as Dissociative Trance States and Possession Trance Syndrome, as mentioned in the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders). These conditions often resemble what traditional Islamic wisdom identifies as jinn possession, sihr (black magic), or evil eye (ayn).

In such cases, Ruqyah provides a culturally sensitive and spiritually appropriate intervention to release the individual from unseen burdens.

What Is Ruqyah?
Ruqyah is the recitation of specific verses from the Qur'an and authentic supplications from the Sunnah to seek healing and protection. It targets spiritual afflictions, unexplained fears, sleep problems, relationship conflicts, chronic depression, somatic (body) pain, and even long-term fatigue—especially when conventional treatments have not worked.

Healing the Soul (Tazkiyah al-Nafs)
We also focus on the deeper purification of the nafs (self), helping individuals reconnect with their fitrah (natural purity). This process involves:
-
Understanding the spiritual roots of suffering
-
Releasing emotional blocks and negative energies
-
Strengthening one's connection with Allah (SWT)
-
Promoting inner peace, resilience, and self-worth
Ethical and Culturally Sensitive
Our healing approach is:
-
Shari’ah-compliant and evidence-aware
-
Non-invasive and free from superstition or magic
-
Practiced with confidentiality, compassion, and professional ethics
We also work alongside medical and mental health professionals when needed. Spiritual healing is not a substitute for medical care but a valuable complement—especially in culturally rooted cases. In case of need, we refer our clients to medical doctors like psychiatrists and neurologists etc.
The Basis of our healing are explained in the following books.
