Know what is Spiritual Healing and How it works!

Spiritual healing is a holistic practice that involves addressing the deeper, non-physical aspects of a person to promote overall well-being. It focuses on restoring balance and harmony within the soul, spirit, or energy / light of soul, which in turn positively impacts the mind and body. This form of healing often involves techniques like meditation, prayer, virtual exercises / imaginary works, and the use of affirmations or guided imagery. The goal is to clear negative energies (darkness of soul), release emotional blockages, and connect the individual to their inner peace, wisdom, and higher consciousness. Spiritual healing emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of a person, recognizing that true healing involves the integration of the spiritual with the physical and emotional dimensions of life.

the foundation of healing and transformation often lies in cultivating positive values that shape a person’s identity and daily behavior. These inner traits become the psychological and spiritual ingredients for lasting well-being.

Here’s a broader list of powerful positive values and traits that contribute to healing and personal development, in addition to the ones you mentioned (hope, love, gratitude, seriousness of life, values, self-concept, aim, mission, vision, determination, focus):

1. Enlightenment of the Soul (Rūḥ)

Core Values: Faith, Love, Gratitude, Humility, Forgiveness, Spiritual Awareness, Purpose, Trust in Allah

Essence: The soul is the divine essence within. It seeks truth, purity, and connection with Allah. Enlightenment begins when the soul is reawakened through sincere intention (niyyah), remembrance (dhikr), and submission to divine guidance.

Effect: When the soul is filled with light (nÅ«r), it creates inner peace, moral clarity, and divine love — forming the foundation of all healing.

Values Related to the Soul (Rūḥ). These values are spiritual, eternal, and connect the person to the divine and moral universe.

Essence: The mind is the seat of thoughts and interpretations. Healing the mind involves reframing beliefs, aligning thoughts with higher values, and building a healthy self-concept. Through knowledge (‘ilm) and reflective thinking (tafakkur), the mind becomes a tool for divine service.

Effect: An enlightened mind becomes purposeful, resilient, focused, and calm. It acts as the bridge between divine intention and earthly action.

Essence: The body is the vehicle of action. It carries out the mission of the soul and mind. Healing the body involves proper care (nutrition, rest, movement), along with physical acts of worship (salah, fasting, charity) that realign the body with divine rhythm.

Effect: A healthy, disciplined body increases vitality and becomes a servant of divine will — not a slave of desires.

Replication of Positive Energy – NÅ«r (Light)

How It Emerges: When the soul is awakened, the mind is aligned, and the body is disciplined, a radiant spiritual light (nÅ«r) is formed. This light is not metaphorical alone — it is a lived, felt energy that:

  • Spreads peace to others

  • Attracts goodness and barakah

  • Enhances healing in the environment

  • Acts as protection from darkness (ẓulmah)

  • Becomes contagious — inspiring others toward light

Qur’anic Insight: “Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth… Light upon Light. Allah guides to His Light whom He wills.” (Surah An-Nur 24:35). But Allah will guide to it those who search for it.
